以塑料盖作为研究对象,获得最优成型方案,预测塑件成型后的翘曲变形程度以提高塑件质量。初步提出两种注塑工艺方案加工塑料盖,使用Moldflow软件对两种方案注塑过程进行模拟对比分析,对产生翘曲缺陷的原因进行研究;利用五因素四水平的正交试验,以减小翘曲变形程度作为优化目标,优化工艺参数。模拟结果表明:方案二为最优方案,且翘曲变形主要是由收缩不均匀以及取向不均匀而造成的,翘曲变形程度最小的工艺参数组合为熔体温度250℃、模具温度60℃、保压时间12 s、冷却时间12 s、填充时间0.9 s,优化后比优化前翘曲变形程度降低9.4%左右,熔料熔接和材料性能也有所改善,塑料盖整体质量提高。实验可有效地缩短塑料盖的研发周期,降低生产成本,提高塑料盖的研发成功率。 相似文献

The MeX? software is a useful tool for tridimensional data collection for surface evaluation and could be relevant to evaluate the same specimen in different phases of the study, assuming repeated measures of dental enamel roughness. The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of sample metallization for dental enamel roughness analysis with 3D images reconstructed using MeX? software from Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) images. The influence of 74.98% (%mol/mol) argon?oxygen plasma for carbon layer removal on surface roughness of the metallized specimen was also evaluated. Dental enamel specimens were prepared for SEM analysis with and without carbon metallization using conventional or environmental modes. Argon?oxygen plasma for carbon layer removal was used and surface roughness was re‐evaluated. Roughness obtained by SEM and MeX? reconstructed images, with or without metallization, did not differ. No significant alteration on surface roughness after carbon layer removal using plasma was found. SEM baseline evaluation using conventional mode without sample preparation and in environmental mode were not comparable. Roughness of enamel 3D images reconstructed with MeX? software from SEM images, with or without metallization was similar. Optimization of pre-treatment conditions has been achieved for total sugar release from banana peel powder waste (BPPW) feedstock modelled through a three-level Box-Behnken design (BBD) of the response surface methodology (RSM). A series of various runs were executed at varied acid (H2SO4) concentrations (0.05%–0.15% v/v), incubation periods (1 h–3 h) in water bath at 95 °C and alkali (NaOH) concentrations (0.05%–0.15% v/v) according to the Box-Behnken design (BBD). From RSM the significant values of incubation period, acid concentration and alkali concentration were obtained as 3 h, 0.095% v/v, and 0.05% v/v respectively. The maximum total sugar release was reported as 5243.62 μg/ml which was highly close to the predicted value (5010.07 μg/ml). The model P- value (0.001), R-sq (98.26%), (adj) R-sq (95.14%) and (pred) R-sq (79.56%) obtained through ANOVA justified the results. The mutual impact of alkali and incubation period had the highest effect on total sugar release from dried banana peel powder, followed by mutual impact of acid and incubation period based on ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) results.Under optimized conditions of pre-treatment six different substrate concentrations (1%, 3%, 5%, 7% and 9% w/v) of BPPW was hydrolyzed and used to obtain volumetric bio-hydrogen evolution. The highest cumulative volumetric bio hydrogen gas 43 ml H2/30 ml media was achieved at 5% w/v of pretreated BPPW. The substrate concentration above 5% w/v resulted in lowered fermentation process owing to product and substrate inhibition. 相似文献

Telemedicine is a new area based on the information and communication technology for collecting, storing, organizing, retrieving and exchanging medical information. One of the most important applications of telemedicine is indeed telesurgery in which an efficient telecommunication infrastructure between the surgery room and remote surgeons need to be established. One of the most important issues to be tackled in telesurgery is to find favorable links for routing as well as providing high Quality of Service (QoS). In this paper, an efficient model based on the hybridization of Type‐2 Fuzzy System (T2FS) and Cuckoo Optimization Algorithm (COA) over the Software Defined Networks (SDN) is proposed in order to achieve optimal and reliable routes for telesurgery application. Using T2FS, the fitness of the links is determined; then, a COA is conducted over the Constraint Shortest Path (CSP) problem to find the best routes. Delay is considered as a CSP problem which is satisfied by trying to find the paths with minimum cost. Due to the NP‐completeness of the CSP problem, an Enhanced COA (so‐called E‐COA) is proposed and utilized as a metaheuristic solver. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first SDN‐based communication model that applies both T2FS and E‐COA for assigning proper costs to the network's links, and solves the consequence CSP problem according to the QoS requirement for telesurgery. The model also recognizes and preserves the second‐best routes in order to keep the reliability for such a critical application. In addition to the simulations, the performance evaluation is also conducted on a real experimental scenario. Many comparisons are carried out between the proposed model and other conventional methods, and the evaluation study shows the superiority of the proposed model on all the three QoS‐related metrics, i.e. average end‐to‐end delay, packet loss ratio and PSNR. 相似文献

自主机器人是一类由计算机软件控制的信息物理系统,如何支持该类机器人在开放环境下的有效和协调运行是自主机器人控制软件(CSAR:Control Software of Autonomous Robot)研究与实践面临的一项重要挑战.本文基于组织理论的思想,采用Structure-in-5的组织架构模式,提出了基于多智能体的CSAR的软件架构MaRSA(Multi-agent Robotic Software Architecture),通过独立抽象CSAR的行为规划、分发、执行等软构件并显式加强这些构件间的交互,从而为自主机器人行为的有效规划和协调实施奠定架构基础;提出了基于MaRSA架构的伴随行为机制,从因果性、时序性和按需性三个方面建立了机器人观察行为和任务行为间的伴随关系,并基于分步规划和动态决策的思想设计并实现了伴随行为的自主决策算法DAAB(Decision Algorithm of Accompanying Behaviors).论文分别在仿真环境和实际机器人环境下设计了对比性实验,结果表明,与主流的反应式行为决策算法和BDI式概率决策算法相比较,基于MaRSA和伴随行为机制的DAAB算法所生成的伴随行为规划在开放环境下具有可行性和更高效的执行效率. 相似文献
